JD Alexander, chairman, serves as president and CEO of Atlanticblue. The corporation, comprised of development, commercial, and agriculture business lines, and its majority ownership of ALICO, is headquartered in Lake Wales, Florida.

KARL SWEENEY joined Atlanticblue Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2010. Prior to joining Atlanticblue, he held positions as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer (responsible for Human Resources, Information Resources, Law and Business Process/Balanced Scorecard Management) and Controller for Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI) from 1997 to 2008. He joined Marriott International in 1987 and held various management positions in accounting and internal audit before joining MVCI. He holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
