Atlanticblue has
changed its strategic focus to put a greater emphasis on
responsible, effective and profitable land use, land management,
real estate, and development.
In the process, Atlanticblue has begun
exploring new and innovative management and investment strategies,
including a Rural
Land Stewardship (RLS) designation for
its 65,000 acre Blue Head Ranch property in Highlands County. RLS
would allow the creation of a vibrant, sustainable community
while controlling urban sprawl; identify and protect ecosystems,
habitats and natural resources; and protect the rural character
of an area.

Atlanticblue, through one of it's subsidiaries,
has partnered with Highlands
Cassidy to build St. James Crossing,
a 150 unit development in northwest Winter Haven.
